Co-owners Chris and Misha Sherman met while working at Oyster Club in Mystic.  They left to start their first business, Washington Street Coffee House in downtown New London in 2012.  They lived on a boat in Noank while opening Washington Street and knew if the opportunity ever arose, they wanted to be a part of the Noank business community.  Chris and Misha have both worked in kitchens since they were teenagers with almost 30 years of combined experience.
